If you have changed your mind about an item you've ordered, and would like to return it, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Kindly note that fitness equipment (eg lifting straps) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Return costs
Please note that we do not provide free or prepaid returns. Some carrier suggestions are below, but you can use whatever is most suitable for you. All prices below are estimates, as costs will depend on the size & weight of your return.

- From Finland we recommend Posti. Most returns should cost approximately €19.95
- From Denmark we recommend GLS. Most returns should cost 105 DDK
- From the UK, we recommend Evri or Royal Mail. Most returns should be approximately £11
- From Germany we recommend DHL. Most returns should cost approximately €9
- For everywhere else, both DHL and UPS offer tracked sending services from most countries.
Return process
- Start by creating your return request here.
- Our team will then respond by email with instructions for packing the link to create your return postage.
- Once you have sent your return, you will need to respond to the customer support ticket you raised, providing us with the tracking number. Without the tracking number your return will not be processed.
- Once the return has been received and processed by our warehouse, which can take up to ten working days from delivery, we will contact you with confirmation of your refund. You will be refunded for your item and original postage costs.
Please be aware that all returns are carefully inspected when they are received at the fulfilment centre, and if the items are not received unworn, with tags attached, they will not be refunded.
