If you have changed your mind about an item you've ordered, and would like to return it, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We are unable to accept returns requested outside of this timeframe.
Kindly note that fitness equipment (eg lifting straps) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Return process
- Start by creating your return request here.
- Our team will then respond by email with the link to create your return postage via Shipmondo.
- Once you have created your return label, please ensure that you have dropped it off at your nearest DHL point within 5 working days. We are not able to accept returns that are sent outside of this timeframe,
- Returns can take up to 10 working days from delivery to be processed by our fulfilment centre.
- Once your order has been received and inspected, we will contact you with confirmation of your refund. You will be refunded for your item and original postage costs.
Return costs
Once you have created your return request you will receive a reply by email with a link to create your return via Shipmondo. Your return will cost 69 SEK, and must be sent by this method only.
Return conditions
Please be aware that all returns are carefully inspected when they are received at the fulfilment centre, and if the items are not received unworn, with tags attached, they will not be refunded.

- När din beställning har mottagits och inspekterats kommer vi att kontakta dig med bekräftelse på din återbetalning. Du kommer att få återbetalning för din vara och ursprungliga portokostnader.
