To start building your meal plan, go to the "Nutrition" tab.
The first time you open this tab, you will have an opportunity to enter your personal information, activity level and goal. Select 'add targets' to do so or 'skip targets' if you would prefer not to. Please note that adding targets would allow you to see the progress made towards your individual daily target every time you add a meal to your plan.
OWNU offers four unique dietary options (standard-pescatarian-vegan-vegetarian) across which hundreds of meal options are available, including breakfast, main and side dishes, as well as snacks and desserts. Once you've added your targets (or skipped this option) you'll be able to access our full recipe library and find all of these meals.
To start building your meal plan, tap 'meal plan' and then 'add meal'. Browse our recipe library to find the meal that you want, adjust the number of servings as required and hit 'add to plan' to select a date to add it to and update your meal plan with it.
The app also gives you the option to add your own meal by inputting a custom meal title and macro breakdown, allowing you to track your progress towards your daily targets even if you're not using one of our recipes (if calorie targets are enabled).
