OWNU is suitable for men and women over the age of 16 years old.
The app allows you to select from 20 workout guides and offers variety in the workout guide's total duration and workouts-per-week frequency.
Our guides include workouts for home and gym, categorised in three experience levels (beginner-intermediate-advanced).
Workouts include demonstration videos for every exercise and you have the option to adjust the number of reps and amount of weight you use for each exercise.
If you are injured we do not recommend you take on OWNU unless you have the all-clear from your physician to do so. In saying that, certain injuries may actually require further strength training and/or mobility in order to heal properly. Ask your physician to provide you with specific moves that you can and cannot do and modify your workouts accordingly.
OWNU offers a prenatal plan, available for pregnant women. The information presented in this plan is to guide. It is your responsibility to ensure you implement them safely and tailor them to your specific requirements.
The app offers a variety of meal plans.
Available dietary options include vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian; or you could select 'standard' if you do not have any special requirements.
OWNU meal plans are not tailored to specific allergies and other dietary requirements. Users with such requirements (e.g. gluten-free, allergic to nuts etc) will have to adjust the recipes available on the app themselves.
OWNU is suitable for women who are pregnant, breast feeding or looking to conceive. It is your responsibility to adjust your meal options and calorie targets, tailoring your meal plan to your specific requirements.
OWNU is not suitable for any individual who has a history of eating disorders or medical illness.
Should you have any doubts about whether or not the meal plans available on the app are appropriate for you, we would recommend checking with your physician and/or nutritionist.
