We do offer refunds for products purchased directly from us which are returned in the same condition that you received them in, with tags and liners intact.
If you wish to exchange a product we would recommend you to place a new order and return the current one.
From the day you made your purchase, you have 30 days to send any items back to us for a refund.

Any returned parcels sent by a customer without acknowledgement from a member of the support team will not be returned/exchanged or refunded. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your support
