From the day you made your purchase, you have 30 days to send any items back to us for a refund.
We do offer refunds for products purchased directly from us which are returned in the same condition that they were received in, with tags and liners intact.
Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges; if you wish to exchange a product we would recommend that you place a new order and return the current one.
Any returned parcels sent by a customer without acknowledgment from a member of the support team will not be returned/exchanged or refunded. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your support.
Kindly note that fitness equipment (eg lifting straps) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
