The first time you access OWNU you will be asked to select one of our 20 workout guides - select 'pick a guide' to browse through all the available options or 'recommend a guide' to adjust your preferences and let us choose the best options for you.
Our guides include workouts for home and gym, categorised in three experience levels (beginner-intermediate-advanced). Our library offers variety in the total guide duration, workouts-per-week frequency and target focus options.
Once you've selected your guide, move on to the "Nutrition" tab to find our recipe library and start building your meal plan. OWNU offers four unique dietary options (standard-pescatarian-vegan-vegetarian) across which hundreds of meal options are available, including breakfast, main and side dishes, as well as snacks and desserts.
The app also gives you the option to add your own meal by inputting a custom meal title and macro breakdown, allowing you to track your progress towards your daily targets even if you're not using one of our recipes (if calorie targets are enabled).
