If you’ve entered your student email address but not received your code, please first double-check that you’ve entered the correct email domain (eg @ownu.ac.uk). If the email is correct but you’re still getting the invalid email message, please raise a support ticket here.
After choosing App Support or Physical Products, please select General Enquiry > Discount Enquiry to submit your ticket in the correct category.
So that our support team can assist you as quickly as possible, please attach a photo of your student ID to your ticket - and include the following information:
- University name: (eg: Birkbeck University of London)
- University website: (eg: https://www.bbk.ac.uk)
- University email domain: (eg: @student.bbk.ac.uk)
- University country location: (e.g. United Kingdom)
